Apple TV+ just gave us a first look at a new TV show called “Monarch Legacy of Monsters” during a special event at New York Comic Con. This show is part of a big group of monster stories made by Legendary. It has a famous cast and is set to start on November 17 with two episodes.
Monsters Are Real
In this show, we go to two different times that the 1950s and the 2010s. It starts after a giant battle between Godzilla and other huge monsters that destroyed San Francisco. This battle showed the world that monsters are not just in stories that they’re real.
Brother and Sister Adventure
The main story is about a brother and sister. They follow their dad’s footsteps and find out about a secret group called Monarch. As they learn more, they discover a world full of amazing monsters. They also meet a soldier named Lee Shaw played by Kurt Russell and Wyatt Russell.
Secrets and Trouble
The Monarch group is in danger because of what Lee Shaw knows. This makes three generations of people face big secrets and events that change their lives forever. So get ready for a thrilling ride full of secrets, action and surprises.

You might have seen movies like “Godzilla” in 2014 “Kong Skull Island” in 2017 “Godzilla King of the Monsters” in 2019 and “Godzilla vs Kong” in 2021. And guess what? The people working on the show are pretty amazing too. Matt Shakman directs the first two episodes and he’s also one of the big bosses in charge.
